INVITATION TO BID FOR PROJECT # 26-009 PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES - GSO
1) The City Government of Tayabas, through the Annual Budget-General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Four Hundred Seventy and 32/100 Pesos (Php 14, 736, 470.32) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Tayabas now invites bids for PROJECT # 26-009 PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES - GSO.4 Provision of Security Services shall commence upon receipt of Notice to Proceed until December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
