CITY GOVERNMENT OF TAYABAS

INVITATION TO BID FOR PROJECT # 24-053 PROCUREMENT OF OTHER PPE - OCM: TOURISM

1. The City Government of Tayabas, through the General Fund Continuing 2024 intends to apply the sum One Million Two Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Three Pesos (Php 1, 293, 573.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROJECT # 24-053 PROCUREMENT OF OTHER PPE - OCM: TOURISM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Tayabas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within Ten (10) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) Year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
