Douglas County Project 2026-B5 consists of removing an existing 32--40--32- Reinforced Concrete Haunched Slab (RCSH), construct a 42--56--42- Reinforced Concrete Haunched Slab (RCSH) Bridge. Items include Contractor Staking, Clearing & Grubbing, Grading, Predrilled Pile Holes, Steel Piling, Resteel, Structural Concrete, Concrete Pavement (10”), Rip Rap, Aggregate Base (AB-3), Commercial Grade (Type A) Base, Commercial Grade (Type A) Surface, Aggregate Shoulder (AB-3), Temporary Erosion Control, Seeding, and Traffic Control.
Project 2026-B5 is located on N1600 Road between E200 and E250 Roads approximately 7 miles west of Lawrence, KS.
