Description : Invitation to Bid for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for Concreting of Grouted Riprap at Sitio Libuton
1) The Barangay Pinonoy Council, through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seventy-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (79, 590.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for Concreting of Grouted Riprap at Sitio Libuton. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Pinonoy Council now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for Concreting of Grouted Riprap at Sitio Libuton using a Single Year Framework Agreement. The award shall be given to the bidder with the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid. Delivery of the construction supplies and materials is required within the delivery period.
