The subject of this public order is the contractor's obligation to prepare for the client the complete project documentation of the Jelen 196 construction rights event and to provide other services related to the processed project documentation as specified in this letter of invitation. The subject of the complete project documentation is the draft of building rights for the building (apart from the two existing housing units located on the 2nd floor) and the creation of office space on the 1st floor and another apartment unit on the 2nd floor. The project will include the repair of the interior, i.e. the installation of technical distribution systems (power, low current, water, sewerage, heating, EPS, PZTS, etc.), new floor composition, repair of interior surfaces (painting, tiling), design of the social floor, replacement or repair of interior doors, design of kitchens and kitchenettes, etc.
