Vendor Day Announcement Veterans Affairs Enterprise-wide Elevator Modernization

This is a Sources Sought Notice for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), is conducting market research and intends to host a Vendor Day and Site Visit to assess industry interest and capabilities in support of a VA nationwide elevator modernization initiative.

The VA has a requirement to modernize elevators and associated equipment at over 100 VA Medical Centers across the country during Fiscal Year 2026. This event is intended to engage industry partners, share preliminary project information, and gather feedback to inform future acquisition strategies. Due to the size, scope and complexity of this initiative, the VA is considering interest from all qualified and interested parties.
