This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by Contact North | Contact Nord (“CN|CN”) to prospective Proponents to submit a non-binding Proposal for the provision of Programming & Web Services, as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).The proponent must provide a consistent, in-house team of developers who are assigned to this project as needed. While exclusivity is not required, the same team members should remain involved throughout the engagement to ensure continuity, familiarity with project context, and accountability.
CN|CN requires the following services:• Develop, create and maintain dynamic websites, based on CN | CN specifications, using the Drupal and WordPress content management systems and current and evolving best practices in website design keeping in mind the mobile-first focus for websites.• Provide maintenance and development solutions for our website and AI-powered personal digital assistant hosting providers, including but not limited to:• WPEngine• Pantheon• Digital Ocean• Amazon Web Services• Provide full redundancy and backup to CN|CN internal resources for website maintenance and troubleshooting.• Develop web-based solutions for databases.• Deliver search engine optimization (SEO) recommendations and solutions.• Manage Google AdWords and other online promotional campaigns for CN|CN website properties.• Maintain in good standing, a Google Agency Partner to manage online advertising and remarketing campaigns.• Offe...
