Published on: 2026-04-24 00:00:00 Deadline date and time for submission of envelopes: 2026-05-26 Subject: The Crous de Reims establishes a contract relating to the carrying out of a technical programming and technical assistance mission to the project owner as part of a new construction operation of a university residence which will be entrusted to a designer / developer following the design / construction procedure. As part of the State-Region plan contract, the CROUS of Reims obtained a dedicated financial envelope to the construction of a university residence near the Croix-Rouge campus. This residence is also part of an NPRU (New Urban Renewal Program) for this district managed by the services of Greater Reims. In a desire to creation of a real village dedicated to students, the Student Life Department (scholarship service, social service and cultural service) will be located on the ground floor of this new construction and a physical connection must be created with the restaurant university located near the available land base.
