"Programme and Spatial Concept related to the planned change of use of the hotel part [Segment C] to office functions together with an estimate of the expected adaptation costs" for the existing hotel and residential facility owned by Rosomak SA, located in Siemianowice Śląskie at ul. Moniuszki 1. Implementation in accordance with the general terms and conditions attached. The expected scope of the study should include: Preparation of bases for design works (based on archival documentation and local visits, without performing a detailed construction inventory) Performing an analysis of the entire facility in terms of functionality: - analysis of the existing condition from the functional side - division into expected functional units, taking into account the remaining functions residential - preliminary determination of fire protection conditions and determination of evacuation methods and division into zones. Analysis of Segment C of the facility: - determination of the functional arrangement of Segment C for the needs of the office function and rooms. conferences - preliminary analysis of the structure structure based on archival documentation and determining the scope of necessary adaptation works - defining the necessary installation guidelines - in the field of ventilation/air conditioning, sanitary installations, electrical installations and structural network (in the context of the changed function).
