SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:The key objectives in issuing this RFP are as follows:CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking Proposals to procure a comprehensive Yield Optimization solution that maximizes revenue from programmatic advertising through pre-bid (header bidding) environments. The requested solution should analyse and optimize pre-bid auction performance across demand partners to increase overall yield while maintaining or improving user experience. It should provide actionable insights and/or automated adjustments to factors such as bidder participation, timeout settings, floor pricing, and latency.2.
