The Program Manager will be responsible for the national implementation of the PNEVG campaign in Chad entitled "The Guinea Worm Hero". This includes designing a strategic implementation plan using the various tools of the communication campaign (posters, radio spot, song, music video, social drama) as well as the supervision of the dissemination.
