1. The subject of the order is the performance of works as part of a safety improvement program consisting in the construction of speed bumps with bitumen surfaces and the installation of lighting and road safety devices (including signage) at pedestrian crossings in the District. Toruskiego based on the offer cost estimate attached to this SWZ, as well as on the basis of the technical documentation prepared by the Contractor (obtaining approval of permanent traffic organization). The works will be of an emergency/emergency nature, depending on the needs the ordering party, based on the table attached to the procedure. The Ordering Party reserves the right to perform some of the items from the offer cost estimate, depending on the needs, while settling the works in a cost estimate manner (selected items from the cost estimate) based on typing protocols specified each time by the Ordering Party. When ordering and settling works, in the absence of an appropriate item from the offer cost estimate, the Ordering Party allows settlement of works on the basis of an analogous item of a similar nature adopted from the bulletin of prices for road, bridge and track works, Sekocenbud publishing house from the period of the same publication as in reality...
