Professional Webinar Management Services
Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs (GSPA) facilitates webinar information sessions for undergraduate students, graduate students and postdocs. Themes of the webinars can include graduate scholarship information sessions, "tips and tricks" for applying to graduate school at University of Waterloo, onboarding details, and the like. Hosting thematic webinars is one key mechanism used by GSPA to communicate knowledge and awareness surrounding these topics. GSPA wishes to establish a contract with a service provider for hosting of webinars for upcoming GSPA needs, and possibly those of other University units. The objective is to host a series of up to 10 webinars for the 1st year (May 1, 2019 to April 30, 2020), with additional webinars in subsequent years as budget permits.RFQ documents may be obtained free of charge from cpwagner@uwaterloo.ca
