The Town of Antigonish (the "Town") invites proposals from qualified professional consulting teams to complete an integrated assignment consisting of two traffic studies and one comprehensive downtown parking study. The traffic studies will address the College Street / Pleasant Street area and the Main Street / St. Ninian Street intersection. For the parking study, the downtown municipal core is the area generally bounded by St. Ninian Street to the south, St. Mary's Street to the north, Elm Street to the east, and Hawthorne Street to the west. The parking study shall consider both publicly and privately owned parking within this area, including on-street and off-street facilities and the different users each facility serves.
