The subject of procurement is the implementation of professional supervision services and the work of the II protection coordinator at work on the removal of waste slag from the location of Biljana Donja, and its processing by procedures:

•recovery (acceptable R procedures: R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11 from Appendix II of the Law on Landlordsher with waste; hereinafter: R procedures) and/or disposal (acceptable D procedures: D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6, D8, D9, D10, D12 from Appendix I of the Waste Management Act; hereinafter: D procedures), and all in accordance with the Waste Management Act ("Official Gazette" No. 84/21) and by-lawsm acts governing the said area (hereinafter: Waste Management Act).
