The subject of procurement is the services of expert construction supervision over the execution of works on the parallel pipeline construction project on the sections PK "Lokve" - ​​PK "Stinica" and Device "Hrmotine" - PK "Lokve", NPOO project reference NPOO-C1.3.R1I4.02.0060 for the needs of the Client.

Pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) no. 213/2008 on the Unified Public Procurement Vocabulary (CPV), CPV designation of the subject of procurement:

•71247000-1 Supervision of construction works

•71310000-4 Advisory technical services and advisory services in construction

•71521000-6 Site supervision services

Services within the framework of this contract include professional construction supervision servicesservices (construction, electrical, mechanical, geodesic, archeological and ZnR coordinator services during construction) in the sense of the Law on Construction (Official Gazette 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19), the Law on Spatial Planning Jobs and Activities and of construction (Official Gazette 78/15, 118/18, 110/19) and other valid regulations and supervision of rworks performed in accordance with the conditions of the construction contract for construction and engineering works according to the Client's projects, the services of the occupational safety coordinator during construction, which will be performed in accordance with the valid Occupational Safety Act (Official Gazette 71/14, 118/14, 154/ 14, 94/18, 96/18), by-lawsand, in particular, the Ordinance on work protection at temporary construction sites (Official Gazette 48/2018) and archeological supervision services, which will be performed in accordance with the Act on the Protection and Preservation of Cultural Property (69/1999, 151/2003, 157/2003, 100/2004, 87/2009, 88/2010, 61/2011, 25/2012, 136/2012, 157/2013, 152/2014, 98/2015...
