Project Title: Professional Services to provide the GIMC Quality Management HCAHPS and CG-CAHPS Surveys and data collection.
The Indian Health Service (IHS), Gallup Indian Medical Center located at 516 East Nizhoni Ave, Gallup, New Mexico 87301, is seeking capable sources to provide the GIMC Quality Management department professional services for:
1. Managing the Hospital Consumer Assessment and Hospital Provider System (HCAHPS), and
2. the Clinical Group Consumer Assessment and Hospital Provider System (CG-CAHPS).
This professional service is necessary to provide a standardized survey instrument and data collection methodology for measuring patient-s perspective on hospital care.
The anticipated period of performance is for one year starting on November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025.
