The Ministry of Foreign Trade (hereinafter COMEX) has received funding from the Inter-American Development Bank (hereinafter the "IDB" or "the Bank") for the Border Integration Program (hereinafter the "PIF") and intends to use part of the funds for the modernization of the Costa Rican Foreign Trade Single Window (VUCE) and its VUCE 2.0 information system.

TOPIC OF THE EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

Expressions of interest will be received from consultants, with the following profile:

1. Bachelor-s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.

2. Minimum experience of three (3) years and participation in at least two (2) projects related to software architecture, databases, system design, and programming.

3. Knowledge and experience of at least two (2) years in the implementation of the WCO data model.

4. Experience in at least two (2) consultancies or projects of the unification of process.

5. Two (2) of experience and participation in at least two (2) consultancies or projects Dos (2) in the definition, design, improvement, and documentation of processes.

6. Participation in at least two (2) projects in software development using SCRUM.

7. Participation in at least two (2) consultancies or projects using BPMN 2.0.

8. Participation in at least two (2) projects where it has used: .Net Framework 4 technology, C #, JavaScript and Java Applets, MS SQL Server and MS SQL Reporting Services, IIS (Role Application Serve).

If denied, it will be immediately excluded from the process or your contract will be terminated without any liability for the OE or the IDB.
