TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR PRE/POST-PRODUCTION OF RCEF IMPACT VIDEOS

1.Scope and Coverage



The team shall lead the pre-production, and post-process 10 impact videos telling stories of RCEF beneficiaries from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.



The following are the specific tasks of the pre/post-production team:

a. Meet with end-user to understand the production concepts and DA-PhilRice branding;

b. Conceptualize and propose at least 2 concepts (e.g., type of video, story flow, etc);

c. Develop the script/storyboard for each video (10) plus a teaser video in consultation with end-user;

d. Organize/convene with station videographers and orient them about the production concepts, and branding;

e. Direct/guide the stations' videographers to ensure that video essentials, such as angles, lighting, acoustics, and movements, are adhered to. Provide a checklist of shots and other things that the videographers might need to satisfy the agreed scripts;
