The City is seeking a consultant team with demonstrated expertise in heritage conservation, capital planning, and Ontario heritage regulatory processes to support the development of an Asset Management Strategy and Action Plan for this nationally significant site. The successful respondent will apply their professional judgment and discipline specific expertise to deliver a comprehensive, prioritized plan that will guide conservation, upgrades, and potential adaptive reuse of the property.
The objective of this engagement is to provide the City with a clear and actionable roadmap fo Homer Watson House & Gallery, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, standards, and heritage conservation best practices for stewardship of the Homer Watson House & Gallery, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, designating by-law, standards, and heritage conservation best practices. Heritage advisory and technical supportAdditional meeting attendancePreparation, review of assistance with heritage related permit documentationSupport in the coordination or management of heritage related project tasksOther related heritage tasks, should they be requested by the City throughout the term of the agreement
