Description : Engagement of Professional Services (Facilitator) for Crafting the 2026-2030 Action Plan of the National Committee on Intellectual Property Rights (NCIPR): 1 LOT
Objectives
a. Revisit the 2020-2025 NCIPR Enforcement Plan and align IPOPHL's strategic direction and other members' priorities.
b. Refresh the Committee's core (3 pillars) processes to reflect changes in the action plan and the broader national IP landscape and ensure alignment with the strategic priorities of the Government, NCIPR Members and international commitments.
c. Develop a more strategic and focused roadmap/targets to allow the members to better track its performance.
d. Prepare and Finalize the NCIPR Enforcement Action Plan 2026-2030, including the mission, vision, strategy map and roadmap based on the inputs of NCIPR Members by identifying multi-year deliverables for each roadmap's key result areas (KRAs).
