8 months Professional Security Services
- 2 guards
- 8-months contract (starts on May 1, 2025 ends on Dec. 31, 2025)
- renewable for 1 year (subject for evaluation)
- assigned guard must have previous experience of at least 3 years
- duly-licensed security agency/guard
- security agency must be a member of PADPAO and compliant to PADPAO wage rates
- agency must be compliant to SSS, Pag-IBIG, PHIC's and other mandatory remittances
- renders service from Mondays to Sundays including Holidays
- security guard shall report 24/7
- 2 shiftings/12-hour shift (6am to 6pm & 6pm to 6am)"
Shall submit the following documentary requirements:
1. Valid mayor's permit
2. Valid DTI
3. Tax Clearance
4. PhilGEPS Registered
5. Updated Minimum Daily Wage Rate (DOLE)
6. Certification from SSS, PHIC and Pag-IBIG
7. Certification from PNP/ Civil Security Group
8. Certification from PADPAO
9. Tax Declaration
