Description of the service: Tarragona City Council is processing a selective process for agents of the Urban Guard. This selective process includes as a mandatory test the completion of a psychotechnical test. This test will be carried out following the criteria of RESOLUTION INT/2403/2015, of October 2, which gives publicity to the protocol which establishes the guiding criteria for psychological evaluation for the access, promotion and mobility of the local police in Catalonia. All tests applied are made up of objective tests that meet the requirements of validity and reliability and have been scaled, standardized and typified in a wide sample of the population that allows us to guarantee confidence in the results obtained. Both batteries of tests such as the interview will be carried out by technical people specialized in this type of tests. This test is mandatory and will have an eliminatory character, the applicants will be qualified as fit or not fit, remaining these last excluded from the selection process. According to the number of applicants who can take this test, a maximum of 100 psychotechnical tests have been planned, which will be the subject of the contract.
