This TOR defines the scope of Professional Project Management services that the Service Provider shall perform for Ojibways of Onigaming for the Youth Crisis Centre during the design, construction, and warranty periods. This TOR also defines the conditions of the engagement.The Contract will be between the Service Provider and Ojibways of Onigaming.A Professional Project Manager (PPM) is defined as a professional individual, or firm, contracted by the First Nation to manage the development and implementation of a project on their behalf and in accordance with this Terms of Reference (TOR). As this is a major project, the Project Manager, hereon referred to as the Service Provider, must be experienced in the practice of project management and must maintain professional liability insurance. It is understood that the Service Provider will act in the capacity of independent Project Manager for the duration of the project. The Service Provider should have a successful record of providing Professional Project Management services to similar projects of an approved scope of work, schedule and budget.
