Description : A. RATIONALE
The Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) recognizes the importance of having a secure, efficient, and updated identification system to support its daily operations and ensure workplace security. In line with its mandate and consistent with Republic Act No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, the 2026 PCW ID Photoshoot and Printing Activity is proposed to maintain an updated and reliable ID system for all personnel.
The activity will support the renewal of RFID-enabled ID cards for existing employees whose IDs are nearing expiration, already worn-out, or no longer functional. It will also ensure the immediate issuance of official IDs for newly hired personnel, allowing them to be properly identified and integrated into PCW-s security, attendance, and administrative systems.
