Purchase of professional flooring with delivery - Cherkasy, Khimikiv pt., 74. Characteristics: zinc 140 g/m2 with painting, color brown 8017 gloss, country of manufacture - Slovakia. Terms of payment: payment after delivery will be preferred, or 30% advance payment; 70% within 3 banking days, from the moment of delivery of the goods (signing of invoices). All prices are submitted by the Participants, ad hoc. A detailed calculation is attached in the attached file together with Certificates of origin and quality certificates! The customer does not is obliged to choose a tender offer solely based on the price criterion. The evaluation of submitted proposals is carried out according to a set of criteria, which include, but are not limited to: cost, quality of work, deadlines, material and technical base of the Participant, warranty obligations, reliability and experience of the Participant, terms of payment, warranty service and other indicators important to the Customer. The Customer reserves the right to independently and at its own discretion determine the importance of each criterion, and also choose the offer that is the most advantageous in terms of the totality of all criteria, even if its price is not the lowest. Submission of a tender offer confirms that the Bidder agrees to such evaluation conditions and has no right to make claims regarding the results selection on the grounds of non-selection of an offer with a minimum price.
