The subject of the public order is the development of a professional drone system for the HZS of the Southern Region within the framework of the Cross-Border Messenger project of cooperation in the management of extraordinary events with the use of drones in the Czech-Bavarian border BYCZ11-305 - FIRE-EYE HZS JHC. This is an addition of 4 drones of aircraft systems v. services, software and service assistance program before accidental damage. The substance of the object is filled according to the put into operation and required professional training of the operator (two persons) of the drone system with automatic dock. knees includes system configuration, emergency procedures, full flight and data analysis.
