Request for Prequalification No. 2025-099
For: PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE LAKE SIMCOE REGIONAL AIRPORT
The County of Simcoe is requesting Responses from Applicants interested in placement on the County-s Qualified Supplier List for the provision of Professional Consulting Services to support the planning, design, and execution of several airport prescribed projects.Services include, but are not limited to the following:
•Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)•Obstacle Limitation Surface (OLS)•Regulatory Compliance•Site Plan/Block Planning•Airport Land Use and Master Planning•Conceptual Design Services•Financial Analysis & Modelling
It is the intent of the County to establish a list of prequalified Consultants who will be invited to respond to subsequent quotes released by the County on an as needed basis for the provision of consulting services projected as described herein.
It is the intention of the Owner to select all Applicants who have been deemed qualified through the evaluation process for placement on the Qualified Supplier List.Only those Applicants placed on the Qualified Supplier List will receive further notices of Procurement covered by the Prequalification process.
The Owner does not intend to create any contractual relations or obligations, with any firm that delivers a Response, and none will be created, by virtue of the Owner issuing this Request for Prequalification or by receiving or opening or reviewing or evaluating any Responses.
