Description : MODY is issuing this Request For Proposals (RFP) to identify qualified consulting firms or individuals to complete a performance appraisal of the Chief Administrative Officer. Under the direction of Council-s CAO Committee, with support from the Director of Corporate Services, the components of the performance appraisal will include the following: a) Review the existing process; b) Recommend new performance appraisal process to Council; c) Conduct an annual 360° performance appraisal, taking into account feedback from employees, the CAO and other stakeholders; d) Review completed appraisal with Council; e) In conjunction with the CAO Committee, review annual findings with the CAO
