REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST:
1. The Concepcion Water District, through the Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the governing Boards for the year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Professional Consultancy Services for External Surveillance Audit of Concepcion Water District.
2. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
