I. RATIONALE
To enhance the operations and delivery of frontline services in order to gain public trust and confidence as well as pursuant to Executive Order no. 605 series of 2007 signed by former President Gloria Macapagal - Arroyo on 23 February 2007 institutionalizing the structure, mechanisms and standards to implement the Government Quality Management Program in all public sector organizations, the LGU - San Agustin desires to be ISO 9005:2015 Certified in year 2025. The QMS will improve the municipality-s performance by ensuring the consistency of products and services through quality processes. This will also serve as an effective tool in satisfying customers- expectations through excellent provision of public service.
