Tender Details

1) Part 1: Delivery of workshop and service pavilionsa) The subject of the order for Part 1 includes the delivery of 2 pieces of workshop and service pavilions with dimensions of 5 m x 3 m b) The subject of the order should be made in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order, which can be found in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order, Chapter II. WORKSHOP AND SERVICE PAVILION 5 m x 3 m 2 pieces and the provisions of the draft contract included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.c) The Contractor will cover the cost of delivery and foundation of the pavilions at the site. indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e. located on the premises of the General School Complex in Kowary, ul. Szkolna 1, 58-530 Kowary on working days from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. d) The ordering party requires at least 12 months quality guarantee for physical and legal defects for the pavilions, counting from the date of issuance of the final acceptance protocol and recognition of proper performance by the Ordering Party. With reference to art. 558 1 of the Civil Code, warranty liability is extended until the expiry of the period granted quality guarantee.
