Production of PD (DPS), command activity and performance of AD for the object of the information center of the Terezín Memorial and the adjacent parking lot The subject of the performance of the public order is the development of project documentation in the relevant performance phases and the provision of related investor-engineering activities in relation to the construction project "Terezín Memorial Info Center Building and Adjacent Parking Lot". Part of the scope of performance is also the provision of professional advice in relation to the planned related procurement procedures for the contractor of the construction and furnishing of the interiors, and the performance of the supervision of the designer. Currently, the contracting authority has at its disposal: a) documentation for a building permit under the title BUILDING MODIFICATIONS OF THE INFO CENTER AND PARKING MEMORIAL - TEREZÍN MEMORIAL, dated 06/2024, prepared by the contractor, arch. MgA. By Marcela Steinbach, Ph.D. (H.I.P. Ing. Vladimír Pavlovič), a b) building permit. (hereafter collectively also "Previous documents") The contracting authority received the documents to date on the basis of the results of the activities of the relevant contractor within the framework of the performance of the public contract s called the Terezín Ghetto Museum. The main subject of the contractor's activity was to implement the reconstruction of the building of the Ghetto Museum in Terezín, incl. exhibition design. The performance also included the outputs listed under letter a) and b) above. The aim of this public contract is the assignment the next level of project documentation and related activities for the Terezín Memorial info center project and the adjacent parking lot.
