Tenders are invited for Cambodia: Production of High-Quality Advocacy Materials to Raise Awareness of and Support Operationalization of the Nurturing Care Framework (NCF).
The purpose of this consultancy is to build on a strong formative research conducted in 2018 to produce high-quality advocacy materials to raise awareness of and support the operationalization of the Nurturing Care Framework (NCF) with key government stakeholders at national and sub-national level. This is a key activity in further sensitizing government decision makers at national and sub-national level to the critical importance of nurturing care for infants and young children, and will be a fundamental contribution to SC Cambodia-s ongoing work to drive systems strengthening to improve service provision for the 0 - 3 age group and their caregivers.
Consultant(s) Qualifications:
Minimum of a BA degree in social science, law or public policy or related fields; a Master-s degree is preferred.
At least 5 year experience in conducting policy analysis and writing policy briefs
Experience in producing communication materials and design
Good understanding of the child rights issues and policy context in Cambodia. Knowledge and understanding about ECCD in Cambodia is a plus.
Demonstrated high level ability in English language (written & verbal).
Capacity to work independently and to communicate effectively if working remotely
