The participation of legal entities or individuals, including individual entrepreneurs, in the procurement procedure may be restricted only in cases provided for by subparagraph 2.1 of paragraph 2 of Article 5, paragraph 3 of Article 14, and Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 No. 419- Z "Opublic procurement of goods (works, services) ", subparagraph 1.18 of paragraph 1 of Decree No. 590 of December 31, 2013" On some issues of public procurement of goods (works, services). In confirmation of compliance with the composition of participants, it is necessary to submit a statement stating that the participant is not: - organ organizer (customer) in the ongoing public procurement procedure; - an expert in the procedure of public procurement, for the organization or conduct of which he is involved for consultations and (or) obtaining opinions on the review, evaluation and comparison of proposals; - supplier (contractor, isp), included in the list of suppliers (contractors, executors) temporarily not allowed to participate in public procurement procedures; - a legal entity and an individual entrepreneur, whose employees (employee) provided the customer (organizer) services for organizing the ongoingstate procurement procedures, as well as by an individual who provided such services to the customer (organizer); - a legal entity that is in the process of liquidation, reorganization (with the exception of a legal entity to which another legal entity joins), and an individual undertakingat the stage of cessation of activity; - a legal entity and an individual entrepreneur recognized as economically insolvent (bankrupt) in the manner prescribed by law, with the exception of a legal entity that is in the process of rehabilitation; - legal entity and indiea businessman included in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2012 № 488 "On some measures to prevent illegal minimization of amounts of tax liabilities" in the register of commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs with an increased riskcommitting offenses in the economic sphere; - the supplier (contractor, executor), the contract with which is terminated by agreement of the parties, - in the procedure of state procurement of the goods (work, services), which was the subject of the contract terminated.
