Production and Supply of Registration Number Plates

This RFT seeks tenders for the supply of the following goods and services: Manufacture, store and supply the required volume of all types and styles of plates to the required specification that ensure regulatory responsibilities are met. Provide a secure and reliable computerised inventory, warehousing and distribution system that has the potential to interface with the Department's Motor Registry System (MRS). Enable plates to be ordered and delivered direct to the Principal, Service Centres and/or specific locations within specified timeframes. Have the capacity to assist the Principal and current Personalised Plate Provider with artwork services including design, development and manufacture of a new Number Plate range. Assist the Department with the identification, design, development and manufacture of new Plates for release in the future, as required.
