The subject of the public contract is the supply of 26 injection molds intended for the production of components of universal CTB clamps and related additional elements. The injection molds are designed and supplied so that together they form one functional unit to enable the start production of the complete product line of CTB clamps. The individual forms must be compatible with each other, both from a technical point of view and from the point of view of their joint use in the customer's production process. For this reason, the contracting authority does not allow partial public performance contracts. The filling must be realized as a whole including all the requested injection molds; the object of performance will be handed over and taken over by the customer only after the delivery of all injection molds as a functional unit.
