1. The subject of the contract is:
1) production and implementation of the Biała common for the municipality Podlasie and the Biała Podlaska commune Platforma MOF e-services and a mobile application together with integration with EZD systems at the Biała Podlaska City Hall and the Municipal Social Welfare Center / with the EZD system at the Biała Podlaska Commune Office* and with the systems referred to in point c,
2) implementation of functionality virtual assistant on the Biała Podlaska municipality and the Biała Podlaska municipality for the MOF platform and the mobile application,
3) expansion of the tax system and the road infrastructure management system Podlasie by providing additional functionality in the field of e-services,
4) conducting training on operating the MOF e-service platform at the headquarters of the Ordering Party and providing the User's instructions and technical documentation,
5) providing technical support for produced and modernized systems and ensuring updates necessary for their proper operation.
