The subject of the order is the production and delivery of a T-shirt with the logo of the nationwide social campaign "Your Blood, My Life" and the website address www.twojakrew.pl, logo of the Ministry of Health, logo of the National Blood Center, slogan: "We are united by blood that saves lives. Because goodness pulsates within us", in an edition of 13, 130 pieces, in accordance with all the requirements and terms of order execution specified in A detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter: SOPZ), which constitutes an annex to the SWZ. 2. The order must be completed in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter: PPU) and other documentation tender. 1. DEFINITION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER: The subject of the order is the production and delivery of a T-shirt with the logo of the nationwide social campaign "Your blood, my life" and the website address www.twojakrew.pl, the logo of the Ministry of Health, logo of the National Blood Center, slogan: "We are united by blood that saves lives.
