1. The subject of the order is the manufacture and delivery of a sports bag with the logo of the nationwide social campaign "Your blood, my life" and the website address www.twojakrew.pl, the logo of the Ministry of Health, the logo of the National Blood Center, and the slogan: "It connects us blood that saves lives. Because goodness pulsates within us", in an edition of 31, 850 pieces, in accordance with all the requirements specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter: SOPZ), which constitute appendices to the SWZ. 2. The order must be completed in accordance with requirements specified in the SWZ, Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter: PPU) and other tender documentation.
