1. The subject of the order is the production and delivery of pens with the logo of the nationwide social campaign entitled "Your Blood, My Life" and the website address www.twojakrew.pl, in a circulation of 80, 000 pieces in accordance with all requirements and conditions execution of the order specified in the Description of the subject of the order (hereinafter: OPZ), which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2. Purchase carried out as part of the health policy program of the minister responsible for health entitled: “Ensuring the self-sufficiency of the Republic of Poland Poland in blood and its components for the years 2021-2026" in the scope of the specific objective "Maintaining a constant number of conscious donors of blood and its components", "Increasing social awareness of voluntary blood donation", "Increasing awareness of healthy nutrition among blood donors. 3. The order must be completed in accordance with the requirements specified in the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as SWZ), OPZ, Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as PPU) and other tender documentation.
