The subject of the order is the production and delivery of license plates for the needs of the District Office in Jawor in accordance with the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and Chapter 6 of the Minister's Regulation. Infrastructure of November 8, 2024 on the registration and marking of vehicles, requires license plates and specimens of other documents related to vehicle registration (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1677) produced in accordance with the conditions specified in Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of May 2, 2012 on the conditions of production and method of distribution of license plates and legalization marks (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 717) and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of on March 12, 2019 on the professional registration of vehicles, the signs used and fees related to the professional registration of vehicles (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2616) and other provisions regulating the subject of activities, in accordance with the actual the needs of the Ordering Party.
