(BAC), intends to procure for the office repair and repainting services with an Approved
Budget for the Contract of Three Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Pesos only (Php
395, 000.00) through Small Value Procurement pursuant t o Section 53.9 of the
Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
