Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must submit the copy of valid Trade License (30 June/2026), Income tax return submission Certificate (24-25), BIN certificate and Bank Credit Line worth taka 72 lakh during tender period.2. Tenderer must cary out on-site installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting support during warranty period.3. Hard Copy of the Licenses should be submitted by the bidder for all the licenses if the bidder is awarded for the tender and agreement is signed with him.4. All sorts of expenses to maintain the system will be borne by tenderer.5. Tenderer must submit the Manufacturer Authorization form (MAF).6. Tenderers must have Completion certificate of 5 years experience in Data Center Maintenance/Network Maintenance in any Govt./private institutions worth taka 72 lakh.7. Tenderer must provide Operational Training for each item for five days for 10 people. Allowance and other expenses should be borne by the tenderer.8. Tenderer must have ISO 9001 (for quality Management Systems) and ISO 27001 (for information Security Management Systems) Certification.9. Tendered must submit pay order of 1, 80, 000.00 as a tender security in favour of Accounts Officer, ERD.
