Procurement of the YTA HR IT complete solution as a SaaS service 2M-IT Oy operates on an in-house principle and tenders and produces ICT solutions and services for its owner-customers as their liaison and joint procurement unit. Owner-customers Varsinais-Suomen, The welfare regions of Satakunta and Ostrobothnia (end customers of the procurement, "End customer" / "End customer") together with 2M-IT Oy have launched a competitive negotiation procedure with a procurement notice and a request for participation, the target of which is a large-scale Acquisition of a complete HR solution as a SaaS service. The object of the procurement is possibly an HR solution complex consisting of several information systems and services ("Solution"). The system package included in the solution ("Systems") is acquired as a SaaS service, and it consists of the following systems: personnel information management (HRM), travel and expense management, payroll and workforce management, including e.g. shift planning. The acquisition covers the necessary integrations. We are looking for a responsible partner in procurement, which delivers the Solution subject to procurement and the Systems included in it.
