PROCUREMENT OF WORKS FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SEVEN ( 7) UNITS SOLAR STREET LIGHTS AT BRGY. SWITCH, TAPAZ, CAPIZ

1. The Office of the Barangay Switch of Tapaz intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos Only (129, 999.00) .00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Works for the Supply and Installation of 7 Units Solar Street Lights at Brgy. Switch Tapaz, Capiz with ID No. 2024-26-I Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Switch of Tapaz now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 Days after the actual receipt of Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the project . The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
