Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum general experience as an enlisted 1.3/1.4 category gas contractor under PETROBANGLA for at least 05 (Five) years shall be required.2. The minimum specific experience in gas pipeline related works within 3 (three) contracts successfully completed over a period of last 05 (five) years with a total value of at least Tk. 250.00 (Two hundred fifty) Lac Only shall be required.3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lac over the best 05 (five) years in the last 10 (ten) years.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 120.00 (One Hundred Twenty) Lac.5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: 200 (Two Hundred) Lac.6. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract under the applicable law.7. Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in Bangladesh8. Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.9.Tenderers shall have specific experience in detecting underground gas pipeline leakage and related services.

Brief Description of Works : 1) Mobilization and Demobilization of contractor's men, Machines etc.2) Physical survey of Gas Pipeline Network.3) Gas pipe line Leak repair works by and welding.4) Safety Precaution during excavation of trial hole & repair works.5) Supply of required machines, tools boxes and first aid boxes.6) Supply of vehicle for supervision.
