Description of the provision: The specific determination of the works subject to contracting is included in the Construction Project for the new well at Mas del Pla drawn up by Jose Antonio Lopez Vales and the separate project that describes the two phases of execution and distributes the items to be executed in each one:- Phase 1: Construction and pumping test.- Phase 2: Installation of lifting equipment This project and the separate document that describes the two phases of execution and distributes the items to be executed in each, has been initially approved by the Local Government Board on February 20, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Tarragona (BOPT), on January 14, 2026, for a period of 30 working days. The purpose of this contract is bid for the necessary works to carry out the construction of the new well in the Mas del Plata urbanization in the municipality of Cabra del Camp (Tarragona).
