Description : PROCUREMENT OF WORKS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF LIQUID NITROGEN FACILITY
1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2024, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (Php3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Works for the Construction of Liquid Nitrogen Facility/IB No. 2024-056 (AMV) to be constructed at ROS Sta. Barbara, Iloilo.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas now invites bids for the Procurement of Works for the Construction of Liquid Nitrogen Facility at ROS Sta. Barbara, Iloilo. Completion of the Works is required within 120 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
