Description : Invitation to Rebid for Procurement of Works for the Construction of Idio Intake Dam
1) The Department of Agriculture - Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Eight Hundred Eighty Two Thousand One Hundred Seventy Eight Pesos and 22/100 (Php5, 882, 178.22) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Works for the Construction of Idio Intake Dam/IB No. 2026-032 (AMV). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Agriculture - Western Visayas now invites bids for the Procurement of Works for the Construction Idio Intake Dam at Brgy. Idio, Sebaste, Antique. Completion of the Works is required within 155 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
